Carolina Boat is made up of 4 friends and local entrepreneurs, united by their passion for the sea and sailing.

They offer excursions, private parties (stag/hen parties, birthdays, graduation parties), boat&breakfast, aimed at visiting and exploring the coast between Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, all in complete relaxation, aboard a comfortable twelve-meter vessel, a motor boat built in 1957 and completely renovated in 2023.
